Trade Marks Journal
We use the Trade Marks Journal to publish your trade mark applications for registration that we find acceptable.
It is published on this website every Friday and contains full details of:
- all trade mark applications accepted in the previous week (Thursday to Wednesday).
- registrations, renewals, and changes to the register.
Applications published in the journal after 1 October 2008 are open to opposition for two months from the publication date. Anybody considering opposition may extend this period to three months by completing an online form TM7a. Applications published before 1 October will be open to opposition for a non-extendible period of three months.
