Hearings manual
This manual provides guidance on the law and procedure concerning patent and design right hearings.
New version released
A new version of the Hearings manual has been released. It incorporates minor changes which take account of developments in the law and practice up to July 2009. It is now presented in the form of HTML pages including links to items of statute and case law etc. Not all references in the manual are available electronically but we will include further links to any that become available.
We intend to release other Patents work manuals in HTML form in the future
We would welcome any comments on the new format.
