My name is Julie Daltrey and I am an IT Project Manager at the Intellectual Property Office, I have been working on various projects related to the electronic filing of Patents at the Office since 2001 and was also the IT Project manager responsible for the introduction of the Office's electronic case file system for patents.
As part of my continuing commitment to personal development I am studying for an MBA (Technology Management) with the Open University and have just embarked on a research project which is the final stage of the course.
The title of my project is "Improving the take-up of online services: Electronic filing at the Intellectual Property Office" and its aim will be to "produce recommendations to increase usage of the Intellectual Property Office's e-business systems".
The following links relate to two questionnaires I have designed to gather information from both users of the Office's electronic filing systems and also non-users of the system.
