The relationship between copyright and contract law

SABIP commissioned a research team, led by Professor Martin Kretschmer from Bournemouth University, to review existing theory and evidence around the relationship between copyright and contract law.

The report identifies current gaps in our understanding and suggests future avenues for research for SABIP or others to take forward.
